Employee Spotlights – February 2025

Lily has stepped up by taking on extra tasks in the absence of her DM and SSW, while mentoring new starters. She has shown excellent leadership, set up structured teams, and created a calm, supportive environment.

Though new to the team, Tamara made a huge impact. She built strong relationships quickly, took on every challenge with a can-do attitude, and left a lasting legacy after her recent departure.

Known as the ‘riddle man,’ Peter boosts morale with morning riddles. He works creatively during the night shift, and is deeply appreciated by young people and colleagues alike.

Holly has transitioned from a part-time to full-time role and has built great relationships with the young people. She approaches each day with positivity and dedication.

Caitlin has been proactive and enthusiastic, engaging young people in fun activities and being a role model for newer staff.

Aleesha has been a dependable and flexible team member, covering night shifts and maintaining firm but fair boundaries with young people.

Recently promoted to Acting Senior Support Worker, Georgia has shown strong work ethic, commitment, and rapid growth in confidence.

All four staff have worked tirelessly to prioritise the needs of young people while managing challenging conversations and situations.

Well done to all the team members highlighted this month!
