Our Mission

At Care in Mind our mission is to empower young people with complex mental health needs to achieve their fullest potential, through compassionate, innovative, trauma-informed care; to remain committed to embedding the principles of least-restrictive practice; and foster a culture of collaboration and respect through which our young people thrive, and our staff feel valued.

Our Vision

Our vision is to establish Care in Mind as a provider of choice for high quality, person-centred care; to work collaboratively with our stakeholders in further development of pathways for young people with complex mental health needs; to embed a culture of co-production and be an employer of choice through embodiment of our values.
