Specialist residential care is essential for individuals who require more than community support but may not need continued inpatient treatment. Many of the young people we support have experienced trauma, disrupted attachments, or previous placements that have broken down. Our model bridges the gap between hospital and independent living, empowering young people to build the skills and confidence they need to move forward.
Our homes operate with a psychologically informed framework, underpinned by a strong emphasis on relational security, consistency, and meaningful daily structure. Each young person receives a personalised care plan developed in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and support staff. This ensures a holistic, trauma-informed approach that promotes mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
