We’re really proud that the team at Stubble Bank are finalists in the Stars of Social Care Awards.
The Stubble Bank team provide a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment, offering specialist residential mental healthcare for young people with complex mental health needs. They are committed to delivering compassionate, trauma-informed care that promotes stability, resilience and positive outcomes. Through strong relationships, individualised support and a dedicated multidisciplinary team, they help young people achieve their potential.
Over the past year, the work within this home has been truly inspirational. The entire residential and clinical team has demonstrated unwavering commitment, resilience, and passion, working tirelessly to reinvent the home and create a nurturing, empowering environment where young people are supported to move towards independence, one step at a time.
Throughout the past 12 months, the team has faced significant challenges and periods of crisis. During these times, they supported one another with compassion and unity, demonstrating kindness, professionalism, and the core values of Care in Mind. Their ability to remain calm, caring, and YP‑focused during adversity is a true reflection of their dedication to both the young people and one another.
The team has consistently gone above and beyond expectations, showing creativity and initiative in developing meaningful experiences for the young people. They take immense pride in their home and in the progress achieved by those they care for, celebrating successes big and small. This strong sense of belonging and mutual respect has created a stable, motivated workforce that continues to deliver exceptional care.
We are incredibly proud of the Stubble Bank team and of what they have achieved, the difference they make every day, what they represent, and the passion, care, and advocacy they demonstrate for both young people and one another.
